Effective Date: 5 October 2026
Last Updated: 5 October 2026

BlueFinder (“BlueFinder” or the “App”) is part of the Pack of Apps product family and is operated by Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Pack of Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds Policy (“Payment Policy”) explains the payment options offered for BlueFinder Pro, including the one-time Lifetime Access purchase and the auto-renewable Weekly subscription.

This Payment Policy should be read together with the BlueFinder Terms of Use, the BlueFinder Privacy Policy, and the purchase information displayed in BlueFinder and Apple’s purchase-confirmation interface.

Part I — General Payment Terms

1. Who We Are

Legal entity: Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd.
Product family: Pack of Apps
Product: BlueFinder
Support email: packofapps@saval.ai
Registered/contact address: Survey No. 192, 4th Floor, Sark House, Kondapur, Serilingampally, K.V. Rangareddy – 500084, Telangana, India

2. Apple Processes All Purchases

BlueFinder purchases are offered through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Apple, rather than Pack of Apps:

  • charges the payment method linked to your Apple Account;
  • issues the App Store receipt;
  • manages billing credentials and purchase history;
  • processes subscription renewals and cancellations; and
  • determines and processes App Store refund requests.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card or bank-account details.

We may receive limited transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock, maintain, restore, and support BlueFinder Pro.

3. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

The current price, currency, billing period, and any promotional offer are displayed in BlueFinder and Apple’s purchase-confirmation interface before you complete a purchase.

Prices may vary by country or region because of App Store pricing, currency conversion, taxes, and local requirements.

The amount shown in Apple’s purchase-confirmation interface at the time of purchase is the amount that applies to that transaction.

Any tax, bank, currency-conversion, or payment-provider charge not controlled by us may be applied separately by Apple or your financial institution.

4. Authorising a Purchase

A purchase is completed only after you confirm it through Apple’s purchase process, which may require Face ID, Touch ID, an Apple Account password, or another authentication method.

By confirming a purchase, you authorise Apple to charge the payment method associated with your Apple Account according to the terms displayed before confirmation.

5. Payment Failures

Apple may be unable to complete or renew a purchase because of:

  • an expired, invalid, or declined payment method;
  • insufficient funds;
  • an Apple Account or App Store issue;
  • a bank, payment-provider, or regional restriction;
  • a network or technical error; or
  • another billing limitation.

You may need to update your Apple Account payment information or contact Apple Support.

Access to paid features may be interrupted if Apple cannot verify an active entitlement or complete a subscription renewal, subject to any billing-retry or grace-period arrangement Apple applies.

6. Refunds

App Store refund eligibility is determined and processed by Apple under Apple’s policies and applicable law.

To request a refund, use Apple’s refund-request service or contact Apple Support.

Pack of Apps cannot directly approve, reject, or issue a refund for a purchase processed by Apple.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge that has already been completed.

Nothing in this Payment Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

7. Unrecognised or Duplicate Charges

If you do not recognise a charge:

  • review your Apple purchase history;
  • check whether the charge is a subscription renewal;
  • check whether another Apple Account or Family Sharing participant made the purchase;
  • contact Apple Support; and
  • contact your payment provider if Apple advises you to do so.

Do not send us complete payment-card numbers, banking passwords, one-time passwords, or Apple Account credentials.

If you believe that you purchased more than one BlueFinder Pro option unintentionally, contact Apple regarding refund eligibility and contact us if you need help confirming your in-app entitlement.

8. Purchase Records and Support

When contacting us about a purchase, you may provide:

  • the BlueFinder app version;
  • your iOS version and device model;
  • the product purchased;
  • the date of purchase; and
  • an Apple transaction or order reference that you are comfortable sharing.

Do not provide complete payment-card, bank-account, or Apple Account credentials.

Part II — BlueFinder-Specific Purchase Terms

9. BlueFinder Pro

BlueFinder Pro unlocks the paid functionality identified on the App’s purchase screen.

Depending on the current version of BlueFinder, Pro features may include:

  • live Bluetooth signal guidance;
  • relative signal-strength information and trends;
  • Signal Radar;
  • AR Finder;
  • additional or unlimited guided device searches; and
  • other advanced device-finding tools identified in the App.

Bluetooth discovery and other free functionality may remain available without BlueFinder Pro, subject to the free limits displayed in the App.

The precise free-plan limits and BlueFinder Pro features may change as the App develops. The features and limits shown in the App at the time of purchase form part of the applicable offer.

BlueFinder currently offers two ways to obtain BlueFinder Pro:

  1. a one-time Lifetime Access purchase; and
  2. an auto-renewable Weekly subscription.

10. Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

After Apple confirms the purchase, Lifetime Access unlocks the BlueFinder Pro entitlement associated with that purchase without recurring weekly subscription charges.

“Lifetime Access” means that the BlueFinder Pro entitlement does not have a scheduled expiry date. It applies to BlueFinder and not to other Pack of Apps products.

Lifetime Access does not:

  • transfer ownership of BlueFinder or its intellectual property to you;
  • entitle you to other Pack of Apps applications;
  • guarantee that every current feature will remain unchanged;
  • guarantee compatibility with every future Apple device or iOS version; or
  • guarantee that BlueFinder will be available or supported indefinitely where continued operation becomes commercially, legally, technically, or platform-wise impracticable.

Where technically available, the purchase may be restored using the Apple Account that originally completed it.

11. Lifetime Promotional Pricing

BlueFinder may display a limited-time or promotional price for Lifetime Access together with a reference or previous price.

Promotional pricing, availability, eligibility, and duration may vary by country, App Store storefront, user, and time. An offer may be changed or withdrawn before purchase.

Once you confirm the purchase, the price displayed in Apple’s purchase-confirmation interface applies to that transaction.

A later increase or reduction does not retrospectively change the completed purchase price or automatically create a right to a price adjustment.

12. Weekly Auto-Renewable Subscription

The Weekly option is an auto-renewable subscription.

Apple charges the weekly price displayed before purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each weekly billing period unless you cancel it through your Apple Account.

The purchase screen and Apple confirmation interface display the current weekly price and renewal terms before you subscribe.

13. Automatic Renewal and Weekly Charges

The Weekly subscription automatically renews until cancelled.

Apple will attempt to charge the payment method associated with your Apple Account for each renewal according to the price and timing shown in your subscription settings.

If the subscription expires because of cancellation or an unresolved billing issue, access to subscription-based BlueFinder Pro features may end.

14. Managing or Cancelling the Weekly Subscription

You can manage or cancel the Weekly subscription through Apple.

On iPhone:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select BlueFinder.
  5. Choose the available cancellation or plan-management option.

Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal. You generally retain access until the end of the current paid billing period unless Apple states otherwise.

Deleting BlueFinder, revoking Bluetooth, Camera, or Motion & Fitness permission, or no longer using the App does not cancel the subscription.

Pack of Apps cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.

15. Restoring Purchases

BlueFinder provides a mechanism to restore eligible purchases.

To restore access:

  1. sign in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase;
  2. open BlueFinder;
  3. use Restore Purchases, where available; and
  4. allow Apple time to verify the transaction.

Lifetime Access and an active auto-renewable subscription are generally restorable through Apple’s purchase records.

A purchase cannot normally be transferred to a different Apple Account.

16. Choosing Between Lifetime Access and Weekly

Lifetime Access and the Weekly subscription are alternative ways to obtain BlueFinder Pro.

Purchasing Lifetime Access does not necessarily cancel an existing Weekly subscription.

If you already have an active Weekly subscription and then purchase Lifetime Access, you should separately cancel the Weekly subscription through your Apple Account to prevent further renewals.

Similarly, starting a Weekly subscription after purchasing Lifetime Access may create an unnecessary recurring charge.

Review your existing entitlement and Apple subscription settings before completing another purchase.

17. Access After Cancellation or Expiry

Cancelling the Weekly subscription normally allows continued access until the end of the current paid billing period.

After the subscription expires, BlueFinder may return to its free features and limits unless you also hold a valid Lifetime Access entitlement.

Cancellation does not automatically remove locally saved devices, names, settings, or other locally stored BlueFinder data.

18. Changes to Subscription Prices

Apple or Pack of Apps may change the Weekly subscription price.

Where notice or consent is required, Apple will provide it through the App Store or your Apple Account.

You may cancel the subscription before a new price applies.

19. Changes to BlueFinder Pro

We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue BlueFinder Pro features for product, technical, security, privacy, legal, compatibility, or platform reasons.

We will not convert a completed Lifetime Access purchase into an auto-renewable subscription without a separate purchase authorisation through Apple.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

20. Changes to This Payment Policy

We may update this Payment Policy to reflect changes to BlueFinder, its purchase options, Apple requirements, or applicable law.

We will publish the revised Policy and update the “Last Updated” date.

Changes do not retrospectively alter a completed purchase or override mandatory consumer rights.
