Pack of Apps is the product family of Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd.(“Pack of Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These General Terms of Use (“General Terms”) govern your visit to packofapps.com and your general relationship with Pack of Apps.

Each app in the Pack of Apps family is governed by its own terms of use. Those terms supplement these General Terms and, to the extent of any inconsistency, take precedence.

These General Terms incorporate our General Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You may use our services only if you can legally enter into these General Terms. If you are a minor or otherwise unable to agree on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these General Terms on your behalf. You must use our services in compliance with applicable law.

3. App-Specific Terms of Use

Each app in the Pack of Apps family is governed by its own terms of use. Those terms supplement these General Terms and take precedence for any matter they specifically address. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using an app, you agree to its specific terms of use.

4. Licence

Subject to these General Terms, any applicable app-specific terms, and Apple’s applicable usage rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to access packofapps.com and to install and use our apps on Apple devices you own or control. Our apps are licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

5. Acceptable Use

When using packofapps.com or any Pack of Apps product, you must not:

  • use our services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to bypass security, licensing, or access controls;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • interfere with, overload, disrupt, or compromise our services or related systems;
  • introduce malware or malicious code;
  • scrape, automate, or extract information from our services without permission;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, or violate Apple’s terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Pack of Apps name, website, software, designs, graphics, logos, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these General Terms grants you rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited access described here.

Feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without your permission.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our apps are distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple controls that platform and its associated technologies and may change their behaviour, availability, or terms at any time. We are not responsible for services or platforms we do not control.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions for individual apps are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple, not Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., handles billing and payment. Specific terms governing available products, pricing, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refunds are set out in each app’s own terms of use.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that packofapps.com or our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from loss. Nothing in these General Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use our services. This section does not limit liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our services, your violation of these General Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to our services where reasonably necessary to address a violation of these General Terms, prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats, or comply with law or a government request. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These General Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these General Terms. The parties may agree to resolve a dispute through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

For apps downloaded from Apple’s App Store: these General Terms and any applicable app-specific terms are between you and Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our apps. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to our apps, except as required by law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable app-specific terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions. Your licence remains subject to Apple’s applicable usage rules and Standard EULA.

15. General Provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these General Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These General Terms, together with any applicable app-specific terms and incorporated policies, form the entire agreement concerning our services.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these General Terms to reflect changes to our services, business, or law. We will post the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
