BlueFinder (“BlueFinder” or the “App”) is part of the Pack of Apps product family and is operated by Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Pack of Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your download, access to, purchase of, and use of BlueFinder and its related webpages and services.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using BlueFinder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Part I — General Terms

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds Policy.

2. Eligibility

You may use our services only if you can legally enter into these Terms.

If you are a minor or otherwise unable to agree on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

You must use BlueFinder in compliance with applicable law and Apple’s rules.

3. Licence to Use the App

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use BlueFinder on Apple devices that you own or control.

BlueFinder is licensed, not sold.

Unless a custom licence is displayed in the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

BlueFinder may offer one-time purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock paid features.

  • Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
  • The price, billing period, available features, and promotional offer are shown before confirmation.
  • Weekly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
  • Deleting BlueFinder does not cancel an active subscription.
  • Eligible purchases may be restored using the Apple Account originally used for the purchase.
  • Refund requests are determined and processed by Apple.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use BlueFinder for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;
  • use BlueFinder to locate or monitor devices where doing so would violate another person’s privacy, property rights, or applicable law;
  • attempt to bypass subscription, security, licensing, or access controls;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • interfere with, overload, disrupt, or compromise the App, website, or related systems;
  • introduce malware or malicious code;
  • scrape or automate access without permission;
  • impersonate another person;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
  • use the services in violation of Apple’s rules or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

BlueFinder, Pack of Apps, the website, software, designs, graphics, logos, text, algorithms, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual-property laws.

Feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Services

BlueFinder relies on Apple technologies and device hardware, including:

  • iOS;
  • Bluetooth functionality;
  • Bluetooth permission and system frameworks;
  • Camera and AR functionality;
  • Motion & Fitness functionality;
  • the App Store;
  • StoreKit; and
  • Apple Account purchase management.

Apple and hardware manufacturers control these technologies and may change their behaviour, availability, restrictions, or terms.

We are not responsible for services or hardware that we do not control.

8. Updates and Changes to the App

We may add, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features.

Updates may be required for continued use.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on every device, iOS version, country, Bluetooth accessory, or purchase plan.

9. General Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • BlueFinder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
  • Bluetooth scans may be incomplete;
  • displayed device names may be missing, generic, incorrect, or duplicated;
  • signal readings may fluctuate;
  • device identification may be incorrect or inconclusive;
  • a device that was previously visible may later become unavailable;
  • guided finding does not guarantee that a device will be found;
  • BlueFinder does not provide precise geographic or physical location;
  • BlueFinder does not guarantee an exact distance to a device;
  • Bluetooth and AR functionality may vary because of hardware, software, radio conditions, and the surrounding environment; and
  • we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on BlueFinder.

This includes, without limitation, any loss or damage resulting from:

  • failure to identify, locate, or recover a device;
  • inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or fluctuating Bluetooth signal information;
  • incorrect or inconclusive device identification;
  • reliance on estimated proximity, signal strength, direction, or AR guidance;
  • a device becoming unavailable, undetectable, powered off, out of range, or otherwise inaccessible;
  • loss, theft, damage, or non-recovery of any device or other property;
  • interruption, unavailability, or changes in Bluetooth, iOS, device hardware, or other third-party technologies;
  • loss of locally stored BlueFinder data; or
  • loss of revenue, profit, business opportunity, goodwill, or other consequential loss.

BlueFinder is provided as a device-discovery and relative signal-guidance utility and does not guarantee that any particular device can be detected, identified, located, or recovered.

Nothing in this section creates or acknowledges any liability where none would otherwise exist.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of BlueFinder, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to:

  • address a violation of these Terms;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, stalking, harassment, or harm;
  • comply with law or a government request; or
  • discontinue a service.

Termination does not cancel an App Store subscription.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to BlueFinder, our business, Apple requirements, or applicable law.

We will publish revised Terms and update the “Last Updated” date.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or BlueFinder.

The parties may agree to resolve a dispute through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

For an App downloaded from Apple’s App Store:

  • these Terms are between you and Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., not Apple;
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for BlueFinder;
  • Apple is not responsible for claims relating to BlueFinder except where required by law;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions; and
  • your licence remains subject to Apple’s applicable usage rules and Standard EULA.

16. General Provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign them in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with incorporated policies, form the entire agreement concerning BlueFinder.

Part II — BlueFinder-Specific Terms

18. What BlueFinder Does

BlueFinder is a Bluetooth-device discovery and relative signal-guidance utility.

Depending on the App version, device, permissions, Bluetooth accessory, and purchase status, BlueFinder may help you:

  • discover nearby Bluetooth Low Energy devices;
  • view available broadcast information;
  • save devices for later reference;
  • assign a local name to a saved device;
  • identify a device through a guided multi-scan process;
  • view relative Bluetooth signal strength;
  • follow changes in signal strength while searching;
  • use Signal Radar;
  • use AR Finder; and
  • use other guided device-finding functionality.

Feature availability may depend on:

  • the iPhone model;
  • iOS version;
  • Bluetooth hardware;
  • the target device;
  • whether the target device is broadcasting;
  • granted permissions;
  • environmental conditions; and
  • BlueFinder Pro status.

19. No Account Required

BlueFinder does not require you to create a Pack of Apps account.

Purchases are associated with the Apple Account used to complete the transaction.

20. Bluetooth Permission Is Required

Bluetooth permission is required for BlueFinder’s core scanning and device-finding functionality.

If Bluetooth access is denied, disabled, unavailable, or restricted by iOS, BlueFinder may not be able to discover or search for devices.

You may grant or revoke Bluetooth permission through iOS Settings.

21. Bluetooth Discovery Has Technical Limitations

BlueFinder cannot guarantee that every nearby Bluetooth device will appear.

Whether a device can be detected depends on factors including whether it:

  • is powered on;
  • is within Bluetooth range;
  • is actively broadcasting;
  • is in a discoverable or compatible state;
  • exposes information visible through Apple’s Bluetooth frameworks; and
  • is not prevented from appearing by hardware, firmware, iOS, privacy, or manufacturer restrictions.

Some devices may appear with generic or missing names.

Multiple devices may appear with identical or similar names.

22. Multi-Scan Device Identification

BlueFinder may use a multi-step scan process to help distinguish the device you want to save from other nearby Bluetooth devices.

The App may ask you to:

  1. place the target device close to your iPhone;
  2. turn the target device’s Bluetooth off or move it farther away; and
  3. turn Bluetooth back on or bring the device close again.

BlueFinder compares the observed scan results between stages.

This technique is a heuristic aid. It does not guarantee that the resulting device is the intended device.

You are responsible for reviewing the result before saving it.

23. Device Names and Identifiers May Change

Bluetooth device names, broadcast information, and identifiers may change over time, including after:

  • a device reset;
  • a firmware or software update;
  • Bluetooth reconfiguration;
  • changes in how the device broadcasts.

As a result, BlueFinder may occasionally require you to identify or save a device again.

24. Signal Strength Is Approximate

Bluetooth signal strength is not a precise measurement of distance.

Signal readings may change significantly because of:

  • walls and floors;
  • furniture;
  • people;
  • device orientation;
  • antenna placement;
  • wireless interference;
  • battery state;
  • Bluetooth transmission power;
  • environmental conditions; and
  • the behaviour of the device itself.

Terms such as Nearby, Close, Strong, percentages, trends, or similar guidance are estimates intended to help you compare relative signal conditions.

They should not be interpreted as exact distance measurements or exact physical locations.

25. Signal Radar and Guided Search

Signal Radar and other guided-search features use changing Bluetooth signal readings to help indicate whether you may be moving toward or away from a selected device.

The direction or guidance shown is inferential.

BlueFinder does not receive a precise coordinate or physical location from an ordinary Bluetooth signal.

Moving toward a stronger signal does not guarantee that you are moving directly toward the device.

26. AR Finder

AR Finder may combine locally processed:

  • camera information;
  • device motion;
  • relative Bluetooth signal readings; and
  • samples taken at different positions.

AR Finder is intended to provide additional guidance while searching.

It does not convert an ordinary Bluetooth accessory into a precise spatial-tracking device and does not guarantee an exact direction or location.

When AR Finder is used, Camera access is required to support the AR view and spatial mapping, and Motion & Fitness access is required to detect movement and when the iPhone is held still for signal sampling.

27. Camera and Motion Permissions

When AR Finder is used:

  • Camera access is used to map the surrounding space and support the AR view;
  • Motion & Fitness information is used to detect movement and when the iPhone is held still for signal sampling; and
  • Bluetooth signal samples are associated with positions during the active search.

AR Finder requires both Camera and Motion & Fitness permissions. If either permission is denied, AR Finder will not be available until the required permission is granted.

Other BlueFinder functionality, including Radar, can still be used without AR Finder.

28. A Device May Become Impossible to Find

BlueFinder cannot locate a Bluetooth device that is no longer detectable by the iPhone.

A device may disappear because it is:

  • powered off;
  • out of range;
  • asleep;
  • no longer advertising;
  • blocked by interference;
  • disconnected because of hardware or software behaviour; or
  • restricted by iOS or the device manufacturer.

BlueFinder is not a recovery, anti-theft, emergency-location, or guaranteed tracking service.

29. Lawful and Respectful Use

BlueFinder is intended to help users identify and find Bluetooth devices that they own, control, or have permission to locate.

You are responsible for complying with privacy, property, surveillance, stalking, and other applicable laws.

30. On-Device Processing and Privacy

BlueFinder is designed to process core Bluetooth scans and signal-guidance information locally on your iPhone.

Camera frames used by AR Finder are designed to be processed on the device and not uploaded to our servers as part of the finding process.

Motion information used for AR Finder is likewise designed to remain on-device.

31. BlueFinder Pro

BlueFinder may offer BlueFinder Pro through:

  • a one-time Lifetime Access purchase; and
  • an auto-renewable Weekly subscription.

Paid functionality is described in the App before purchase.

Purchase, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refund details are governed by the Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds Policy and Apple’s applicable terms.
