BlueFinder (“BlueFinder” or the “App”) is part of the Pack of Apps product family and is operated by Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Pack of Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your download, access to, purchase of, and use of BlueFinder and its related webpages and services.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using BlueFinder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Part I — General Terms

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and our Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds Policy.

2. Eligibility

You may use our services only if you can legally enter into these Terms. If you are a minor or otherwise unable to agree on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

You must use the services in compliance with applicable law and Apple’s rules.

3. Licence to Use the App

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use BlueFinder on Apple devices that you own or control.

BlueFinder is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

Unless a custom licence is displayed in the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms will control to the extent of the conflict.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

BlueFinder may offer an auto-renewable subscription and a one-time Lifetime Access purchase that unlock paid features.

  • Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
  • The price, billing period, available features, and any trial or promotional offer are shown before you confirm a purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account before the renewal date shown by Apple.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
  • Deleting BlueFinder does not cancel an active subscription.
  • You may restore eligible purchases in the app using the Apple Account originally used for the purchase.
  • Refund requests are determined and processed by Apple, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use our services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;
  • use the App to locate, monitor, or track a person without that person’s knowledge and consent, except where permitted by law;
  • attempt to bypass subscription, security, licensing, or access controls;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • interfere with, overload, disrupt, or compromise the app, website, or related systems;
  • introduce malware or malicious code;
  • scrape, automate, or extract information from our services without permission;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
  • use our services in a way that violates Apple’s terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

BlueFinder, Pack of Apps, the website, software, designs, graphics, logos, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You retain ownership of your devices and any information you choose to store in the App, including saved devices and personal aliases. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that information to us.

Feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you without permission.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Services

BlueFinder relies on Apple technologies, including iOS, the Bluetooth framework, the App Store, StoreKit, and Apple Account subscription management. Apple controls those technologies and may change their behavior, availability, or terms. We are not responsible for services that we do not control.

8. Updates and Changes to the App

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Updates may be required for continued use.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on every device, iOS version, country, or subscription plan.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
  • Bluetooth signal readings, availability checks, strength indications, and trend guidance are approximate, relative, and subject to environmental variation;
  • we do not guarantee that BlueFinder will discover, identify, or help you find any particular device;
  • we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation;
  • BlueFinder is not a precision measuring instrument, a location service, or a tracking system; and
  • you remain responsible for confirming that you have found the correct device before ending a search.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the affected paid service will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • the minimum amount required by applicable law.

This section does not limit liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services where reasonably necessary to:

  • address a violation of these Terms;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm;
  • comply with law or a government request; or
  • discontinue a service.

Termination does not cancel an App Store subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through Apple.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business, Apple requirements, or law. We will post the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the services.

The parties may agree to resolve a dispute through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

For an app downloaded from Apple’s App Store:

  • these Terms are between you and Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., not Apple;
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for BlueFinder;
  • Apple is not responsible for claims relating to BlueFinder, except as required by law;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions; and
  • your licence remains subject to Apple’s applicable usage rules and Standard EULA.

16. General Provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with incorporated policies, form the entire agreement concerning the services.

Part II — BlueFinder–Specific Terms

18. What BlueFinder Does

BlueFinder is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device discovery and guided-search utility. Depending on the App version, device, nearby devices, and subscription status, it may:

  • scan for nearby Bluetooth devices that are currently advertising;
  • show saved devices first in a focused list;
  • let you save a device with a personal alias for later searches;
  • provide a short, free signal availability check for a selected device; and
  • for Pro users, provide guided search sessions with the Signal Lens, qualitative signal-strength and trend guidance, and an explicit “Found it” completion.

Feature availability may depend on your device, iOS version, Bluetooth status, the behaviour of nearby devices, subscription status, and other technical factors.

19. What BlueFinder Does Not Do

BlueFinder:

  • is not a location service and does not determine, calculate, store, or display the geographic location of a device;
  • does not provide distance, direction, bearing, compass, or proximity measurements;
  • does not record, store, or replay the movement of a device over time;
  • does not upload scan results to our servers;
  • is not a security system and is not a replacement for locks, alarms, dedicated tracking hardware, or other security measures; and
  • is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or any Bluetooth device manufacturer.

You should not rely on BlueFinder as the sole means of locating a high-value item or a person.

20. Bluetooth Access and Permissions

BlueFinder requires Bluetooth access through Apple’s permission system for its core scanning features.

You may grant or revoke Bluetooth access at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking access will prevent BlueFinder from scanning for Bluetooth devices until access is restored.

BlueFinder scans only while the App is running on your iPhone. Devices appear in results only while they are powered on, within Bluetooth range, and actively advertising. Devices that are off, out of range, not advertising, or in a mode that does not broadcast will not appear.

You represent that you own, or are otherwise authorised to search for, any device you search with the App.

21. Signal Guidance Is Qualitative

Signal strength and trend guidance in BlueFinder is qualitative and relative. It is an aid to searching, not a measurement.

Bluetooth signal strength varies with distance, walls, furniture, other electronics, body position, device orientation, firmware, and environmental interference. A “stronger” or “improving” indication does not establish distance, direction, or certainty.

You remain responsible for confirming that you have found the correct device, particularly where several similar or unbranded Bluetooth devices are nearby.

22. Saved Devices and Aliases

You may save devices in “My Devices” and assign them personal aliases.

Saved devices and aliases are stored locally on your iPhone. They are not uploaded to our servers and are not shared with other people or devices.

We do not verify that a saved device is what its alias says it is. Bluetooth advertisements can be limited, reused, or, in some cases, imitated. Before ending a search, physically confirm the device.

23. BlueFinder Pro

BlueFinder offers a free tier and a paid tier known as BlueFinder Pro.

The free tier includes device discovery, saved devices with aliases, and a short signal availability check before any purchase prompt.

BlueFinder Pro includes unlimited guided search sessions, the Signal Lens, qualitative signal-strength and trend guidance, and explicit “Found it” completion.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription, which must be managed through your Apple Account.

24. Careful Use of the App

  • Do not use BlueFinder to locate, follow, or monitor a person without that person’s knowledge and consent, except where required or permitted by law.
  • For items of high value, consider complementary security measures (dedicated trackers, locks, alarms, insurance) rather than relying on Bluetooth discovery alone.
  • Bluetooth range is limited and varies widely by environment. Plan searches accordingly.
  • You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding the use of device-finding and tracking technologies.

25. On-Device Processing and Privacy

BlueFinder is designed to scan for and process Bluetooth signals on your device and is not designed to transmit scan results to our servers.

Your use of BlueFinder is also governed by the BlueFinder Privacy Policy, which explains Bluetooth access, on-device processing, saved-device data, purchases, diagnostics, support communications, retention, and user rights.
