Pack of Apps is the product family of Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd.(“Pack of Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This General Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the Pack of Apps website (packofapps.com) and our support and communications.

Each app in the Pack of Apps family has its own privacy policy that describes that app’s specific data practices. Where an app‑specific policy addresses a matter, it governs and takes precedence over this General Policy.

2. Scope of This Policy

This General Policy applies to:

  • the Pack of Apps website (packofapps.com);
  • support and privacy communications addressed to Pack of Apps; and
  • security and operational activities common across the Pack of Apps product family.

This General Policy does not govern the specific data practices of any individual app — those are described in each app’s own privacy policy. It also does not govern third-party services we do not control, including Apple’s App Store, iCloud, iOS, or payment services.

3. App-Specific Privacy Policies

Each app in the Pack of Apps family has its own privacy policy. That policy governs the specific data practices of that app and takes precedence over this General Policy for any matter it specifically addresses.

4. Information We Handle

4.1 Website information

When you visit packofapps.com, our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, date and time of access, referring page, and security, access, and error logs. This information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

4.2 Support and contact information

When you contact us for support or submit a privacy request, we may receive your name, email address, the contents of your message, and any technical details you voluntarily include. We use this information to respond to your request, maintain service records, and improve our products and support.

Please do not send us passwords, payment-card details, banking information, or other information that is not needed to address your request.

4.3 App-specific information

Information collected or processed by each app — including device permissions, on-device analysis, diagnostic data, purchase and subscription information, and feature usage — is described in that app’s own privacy policy.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • operate, maintain, and secure packofapps.com;
  • respond to support and privacy requests;
  • diagnose problems and improve our products;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorised access;
  • maintain accounting and compliance records;

We do not sell personal information.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7. Legal Grounds for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request; our legitimate interests in operating and securing packofapps.com and supporting our users; compliance with legal obligations; protection of users, our rights, and public safety; or your consent.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Support communications may be retained while a request is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Website, security, and error logs may be retained for a limited operational period, unless longer retention is needed to investigate an incident or comply with law. When information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymise it, or securely isolate it where immediate deletion is not practicable.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Processing

Our authorised service providers may process limited information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate legal, contractual, and organisational safeguards for international transfers.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to: request information about personal data we process; access, correct, update, or delete personal information we hold; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; request portability where applicable; lodge a grievance or complaint; or nominate another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity, where provided by law.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Pack of Apps website and general services are not directed primarily to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law. Where a user cannot legally agree to this Policy independently, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree on the user’s behalf.

A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information to us unlawfully may contact packofapps@saval.ai.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this General Policy to reflect changes to our services, practices, or applicable law. We will publish the updated Policy and revise the “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
