PixCleaner: Photo Video & Live (“PixCleaner” or the “App”) is part of the Pack of Apps product family and is operated by Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Pack of Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use PixCleaner, visit its pages on packofapps.com, make a purchase through the App Store, or contact us for support.
PixCleaner is designed around a simple principle: your photo library is personal. The App is designed to analyse the photo and video library you choose to make available on your iPhone, without uploading your photos or videos to our servers for analysis.

We may share limited information with:
- Apple, for App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, entitlement verification, platform functionality, analytics, and diagnostics;
- authorised service providers that support hosting, security, subscription infrastructure, diagnostics, communications, or customer support;

- government, regulatory, judicial, or law-enforcement authorities, where disclosure is required or permitted by law; and
- a successor organisation in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, insolvency, or sale of assets.
Where a third party processes personal information for us, we require it to provide protections consistent with this Policy, applicable law, and relevant platform requirements.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. Legal Grounds for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information based on one or more of the following:
- your consent;
- performance of a contract with you or steps taken at your request;
- our legitimate interests in operating, supporting, securing, and improving PixCleaner;
- compliance with legal obligations; and
- protection of users, our rights, and public safety.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent through device settings, available product controls, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
For example:
- support communications may be retained while a request is open and for a reasonable period afterwards;
- transaction and subscription records may be retained for entitlement management, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance;
- website, security, and diagnostic logs may be retained for a limited operational period, unless longer retention is needed to investigate an incident or comply with law; and
- data stored only on your device remains there until removed by you, overwritten by the App, or removed when the App is deleted, subject to Apple’s platform and backup behaviour.
When information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymise it, or securely isolate it where deletion is not immediately practicable.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your iPhone, Apple Account, device passcode, backups, and other account credentials.
9. International Processing
Our authorised service providers may process limited information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate legal, contractual, and organisational safeguards for international transfers.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

- lodge a grievance or complaint; and
- nominate another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity, where provided by law.
To exercise a right, email packofapps@saval.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Because PixCleaner does not require an account and is designed to process your photo library on your device, we may not possess or be able to identify the photo-library information processed by the App.
11. Children’s Privacy
PixCleaner is a general-audience utility and is not directed primarily to children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law. Where a user cannot legally agree to this Policy independently, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree on the user’s behalf.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information to us unlawfully may contact packofapps@saval.ai.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to PixCleaner, our service providers, platform requirements, or applicable law.
We will publish the updated Policy and revise the “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Part II — PixCleaner-Specific Privacy Practices
13. Privacy Summary
PixCleaner is designed so that:
- no account is required;
- access to your photo library is controlled through Apple’s permission system;
- photo and video analysis occurs on your iPhone;
- your photos and videos are not uploaded to our servers for analysis;
- PixCleaner does not automatically delete media;
- you review and confirm every cleanup action; and
- the App does not use photo-library information for advertising or marketing profiling.
14. Photo Library Permission
PixCleaner requires Full Access to your Photo Library to scan, analyse, organise, compress, convert, and help you review photos and videos across your library.
Limited or selected-photo access is not sufficient for PixCleaner’s core functionality. If Full Access is not granted, the App may not be able to complete a library scan or provide cleanup results.
PixCleaner accesses your Photo Library only through Apple’s permission system. You can review, grant, or revoke Full Access at any time in iOS Settings.
Revoking Full Access will prevent PixCleaner from scanning or processing your Photo Library until access is granted again.
15. Information Processed on Your Device
To provide its features, PixCleaner may process the following information locally on your iPhone:
- photo and video content;
- media type and file format;
- dimensions, duration, file size, and creation date;
- whether an item is a screenshot, screen recording, Live Photo, or another supported media type;
- locally generated similarity, blur, grouping, compression, and cleanup results;
- scan status and estimated reclaimable space;
- cleanup selections and review decisions;
- compression and conversion history; and
- app settings and preferences.
This information is used to provide features such as:
- grouping related or similar photos;
- presenting screenshots, photos, videos, and screen recordings in review queues;
- identifying potentially blurred media;
- estimating storage that may be reclaimed;
- compressing compatible videos;
- converting Live Photos into still images; and
- recording local cleanup, compression, or conversion history.
PixCleaner is not designed to transmit photo or video content to Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. or its servers for these operations.
16. Deletion and User Control
PixCleaner does not delete media automatically.
You choose what to review, select, remove, compress, or convert. A deletion occurs only after you confirm it through the controls provided by PixCleaner and Apple’s Photos system.
Similarity groups, blur assessments, categories, storage estimates, and other automated results are provided to help you review your library. They may not always be complete or accurate.
You should review every selected item before confirming an action.
17. iCloud Photos and Recently Deleted
PixCleaner does not request your Apple Account password or iCloud password.
However, the media you make available through Apple’s Photo Library framework may include items synchronised through iCloud Photos. Apple may download an item to your device when it is needed for review, compression, or conversion.
If iCloud Photos is enabled, deleting a photo or video on one device may also delete it from other devices connected to the same Apple Account.
Deleted photos and videos may remain in Apple’s Recently Deleted album for a period before permanent deletion. You can use Apple’s Photos controls to recover or permanently remove eligible items, subject to Apple’s current platform behaviour.
18. Video Compression
When you choose to compress a compatible video, PixCleaner processes the video on your device.
Compression may create a new file with changes to file size, resolution, bitrate, codec, frame rate, metadata, visual quality, or audio quality.
The App may display estimated file sizes and potential savings before processing. Estimates may differ from the final result.
Review the compressed video before deleting the original.
19. Live Photo Conversion
When you choose to convert a Live Photo into a still image, PixCleaner performs the conversion on your device.
The resulting still image does not retain the original Live Photo’s motion component and may not retain associated audio or all metadata.
Review the converted image before deleting the original Live Photo.
20. Locally Stored App Data
PixCleaner may store scan results, preferences, cleanup history, compression history, and conversion history locally on your device.
Deleting PixCleaner generally removes information stored in the App’s local storage, subject to Apple’s device, backup, and restoration behaviour.
Deleting the App does not:
- delete photos or videos remaining in Apple’s Photos library;
- permanently remove items from Recently Deleted; or
- cancel an active App Store subscription.
21. Purchases and PixCleaner Pro
PixCleaner may offer an auto-renewable subscription known as PixCleaner Pro.
Apple processes the purchase and manages billing. PixCleaner may receive or verify limited subscription and entitlement information to unlock, maintain, and restore paid features.
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through your Apple Account settings.
22. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Tracking
PixCleaner is not designed to use photo-library content for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
Apple may provide us with app analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic information where you have chosen to share such information with developers.
If we add or change any third-party analytics, crash-reporting, subscription-management, advertising, or attribution service, we will update this Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures as required.
23. Support Information
The PixCleaner support page may prepare an email in your own email application. Your support message is sent only when you choose to send it.
Information you send to support is used to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, maintain service records, and improve PixCleaner.
Do not attach private photos or videos unless we specifically request an example and you are comfortable providing it. Where possible, use screenshots that do not reveal personal media or identifying information.
24. Revoking Access and Removing Data
You can stop or limit PixCleaner’s access to your photo library by changing its permission in iOS Settings.
You can remove locally stored PixCleaner data by deleting the App, subject to Apple’s platform and backup behaviour.
You can manage or delete your photos and videos through Apple’s Photos app, including the Recently Deleted album.
For personal information held by us through support, transactions, diagnostics, or website operations, submit a request to packofapps@saval.ai.
