PixCleaner: Photo Video & Live (“PixCleaner” or the “App”) is part of the Pack of Apps product family and is operated by Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Pack of Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your download, access to, purchase of, and use of PixCleaner and its related webpages and services.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using PixCleaner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Part I — General Terms

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and our Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds Policy.

2. Eligibility

You may use our services only if you can legally enter into these Terms. If you are a minor or otherwise unable to agree on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

You must use the services in compliance with applicable law and Apple’s rules.

3. Licence to Use the App

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use PixCleaner on Apple devices that you own or control.

PixCleaner is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

Unless a custom licence is displayed in the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms will control to the extent of the conflict.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

PixCleaner may offer an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks paid features.

  • Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
  • The price, billing period, available features, and any trial or promotional offer are shown before you confirm a purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account before the renewal date shown by Apple.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
  • Deleting PixCleaner does not cancel an active subscription.
  • You may restore eligible purchases in the app using the Apple Account originally used for the purchase.
  • Refund requests are determined and processed by Apple, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use our services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to bypass subscription, security, licensing, or access controls;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • interfere with, overload, disrupt, or compromise the app, website, or related systems;
  • introduce malware or malicious code;
  • scrape, automate, or extract information from our services without permission;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
  • use our services in a way that violates Apple’s terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property and Your Media

PixCleaner, Pack of Apps, the website, software, designs, graphics, logos, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You retain ownership of your photos, videos, and other media. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your media to us.

Feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you without permission.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Services

PixCleaner relies on Apple technologies, including iOS, the Photos framework, the App Store, StoreKit, and Apple Account subscription management. Apple controls those technologies and may change their behavior, availability, or terms. We are not responsible for services that we do not control.

8. Updates and Changes to the App

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Updates may be required for continued use.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on every device, iOS version, country, media format, or subscription plan.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
  • automated classifications, similarity groups, blur detection, and savings estimates may contain errors;
  • we do not guarantee that PixCleaner will identify every duplicate, similar, blurry, unwanted, or compressible item;
  • we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation;
  • we do not guarantee any specific amount of storage recovery; and
  • you remain responsible for reviewing, backing up, deleting, compressing, and converting your media.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, memories, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the affected paid service will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • the minimum amount required by applicable law.

This section does not limit liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services where reasonably necessary to:

  • address a violation of these Terms;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm;
  • comply with law or a government request; or
  • discontinue a service.

Termination does not cancel an App Store subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through Apple.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business, Apple requirements, or law. We will post the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the services.

The parties may agree to resolve a dispute through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

For an app downloaded from Apple’s App Store:

  • these Terms are between you and Saval AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., not Apple;
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for PixCleaner;
  • Apple is not responsible for claims relating to PixCleaner, except as required by law;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions; and
  • your licence remains subject to Apple’s applicable usage rules and Standard EULA.

16. General Provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with incorporated policies, form the entire agreement concerning the services.

Part II — PixCleaner-Specific Terms

18. What PixCleaner Does

PixCleaner is a photo- and video-library review utility. Depending on the App version, device, media format, available storage, and subscription status, it may help you:

  • scan your Photo Library;
  • estimate potentially reclaimable storage;
  • group similar photos;
  • present screenshots, potentially blurred media, screen recordings, short videos, and other review categories;
  • compress compatible videos;
  • convert Live Photos into still images;
  • review local cleanup, compression, and conversion history; and
  • open or direct you to Apple’s Recently Deleted controls.

Feature availability may depend on your device, iOS version, media format, Full Photo Library access, available storage, subscription status, and other technical factors.

PixCleaner provides review tools and automated suggestions. It does not decide which memories you should keep.

19. No Account Required

PixCleaner does not require you to create a Pack of Apps account.

Purchases and subscriptions are associated with the Apple Account used to complete the transaction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple Account, passcode, and related credentials.

20. Full Photo Library Access Is Required

PixCleaner requires Full Access to your Photo Library through Apple’s permission system for its core scanning, comparison, categorisation, compression, conversion, and storage-estimation features.

Limited or selected-photo access is not supported because the App cannot reliably scan, compare, categorise, or estimate reclaimable storage across your library without access to all photos and videos.

If Full Access is not granted, PixCleaner’s main features may be unavailable and the App may ask you to update the permission in iOS Settings.

You may grant or revoke Full Access at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking access will prevent PixCleaner from scanning or processing your Photo Library until Full Access is restored.

You represent that you have the right to access, review, compress, convert, or delete the media you select.

21. You Make Every Cleanup Decision

PixCleaner provides review tools and suggestions. It does not decide which memories you should keep.

You are responsible for:

  • reviewing each selected photo or video;
  • confirming deletion, compression, or conversion;
  • checking that important media is backed up where appropriate;
  • verifying the quality and completeness of any compressed or converted output; and
  • confirming that you have selected the correct items before completing an action.

Similarity groups, blur assessments, categories, file-size estimates, compression estimates, and storage-savings estimates are automated results and may not always be complete or accurate.

22. Deletion, Recently Deleted, and iCloud Photos

Deleting a photo or video is a consequential action.

When you confirm a deletion through PixCleaner:

  • the action is carried out using Apple’s Photos system;
  • the item may move to Apple’s Recently Deleted album;
  • available device storage may not be reclaimed until Apple permanently removes the item or you remove it from Recently Deleted;
  • if iCloud Photos is enabled, the deletion may synchronize to other devices connected to the same Apple Account; and
  • permanent deletion may be irreversible.

Apple generally keeps deleted photos and videos in Recently Deleted for a limited period, but Apple’s behavior may vary according to device, account, storage, synchronization, and platform settings.

Before deleting important media, maintain an independent backup where appropriate. Pack of Apps is not a backup service.

23. Video Compression

Video compression may reduce file size by changing resolution, bitrate, codec, frame rate, metadata, or other technical properties. Compression may reduce visual or audio quality and may take time, consume battery, require temporary storage, or fail on unsupported or damaged files.

Before deleting an original video, review the compressed result and confirm that it is acceptable. Storage savings shown before compression are estimates and may differ from the final result.

24. Live Photo Conversion

Converting a Live Photo to a still photo removes the motion component and may remove associated audio or metadata from the converted output.

Review the still image before deleting the original Live Photo. Conversion results and storage savings may vary.

25. On-Device Processing and Privacy

PixCleaner is designed to analyse and process your Photo Library on your device and is not designed to upload your photos or videos to our servers for analysis.

Processing may require sufficient battery, memory, temporary storage, and time. Performance may vary according to your device, iOS version, library size, file formats, and whether media must first be downloaded from iCloud.

Your use of PixCleaner is also governed by the PixCleaner Privacy Policy, which explains Full Photo Library access, on-device processing, purchases, diagnostics, support communications, retention, and user rights.
